Many people think that ayurveda is a term refer to the ancient way of dealing with diseases and it has no real meaning but no, the title Ayurveda itself reveal its meaning. First just try to under-stand what do ayurveda deal with then , we will talk about what  Ayurveda is?

Ayurveda is not just basically about disease and medicine but it is  purification of  the soul for salvation. It is a science with amazing concepts. The theory of Vata, Pitt, kaff ,  and many other things which will be explored in the  next articles.The natural and best way to cure human body from inside to outside is the Ayurveda.

Ayurveda name is made up of two words:- AYUR+VEDA

AYUR:- The age, The Life

VEDA:- A Book, A Manual

It means a book which talk about or give information related to long age or long life is called ayurveda.This the real meaning of ayurveda in very simple way to understand. 

So, if  just name or the great title has that wonderfull meaning then just imagine what it comprises of . In the next topic we will discuss about different parts of ayurveda and their different uses.
